Maverick here reporting for another blog.
The family woke to a new day slowly and in a boring fashion. In attempt to get them moving, I was screeching and squarking, making a racket, trying to get the family out of bed. That did the job! They were all out of bed shuffling and groaning like zombies. My reward was breakfast with cornflakes, fruit and fake orange juice ( which I didn't like yeuch).
We walked to the Chinese Embassy to organise date and timings with our passports and Chinese Visas. We attempted to change our time for when we get off our cruise and not to our luck the embassy said "no". So instead we were forced to change our cruise booking.
We went to Royal Palace Cruise and told them what our scenario was and we got our bookings modified within a few clicks. Now we're going on the boat tomorrow which got the kids buzzing. We are all very excited that we are going to cruise a day early.
We walked back to our apartment via the Military museum it looked really cool from the out side. I saw tanks, helicopters and some crazy looking missiles. We would have loved to have visited. Sadly it was closed on Saturday. So we walked back to our apartment block.
We went for a swim in the pool and it was shallow. The pool was around thigh deep and the kids found it quite boring. Then they made up a game called prison escape. There are two prisoners and one warden. The prisoners are trying to escape stealthily or quickly matters what tactics you chose and if the warden tags the prisoners they have to go back.
James always seemed to win as a prisoner.
After swimming everyone was sitting around or relaxing. We looked what was on TV and flicked through the channels to find Bear Grylls Man vs Wild. Then next was Fan vs Wild and later was Bear Grylls Breaking point. We had a good time but I don't need to watch Man vs Wild, because I used to live in the wild and it was easy.
We had dinner later after T.V. and enjoyed our food yet again we had weird food that I didn't like. Luckily there was some salad with weird sour stuff on it these people call it tasty for some reason.
The overview of today was ok but it was quite hot I hope it doesn't get any hotte
